The records, in addition to being in the possession of the person, are also on file in the county and state of birth. I cannot imagine the level of disaster that would have to strike to eliminate every record…
You’re in a data base somewhere. You can get your birth record from where you were born (hospital, or from the city), and from there, you can get all the rest of your documentation. The way it’s looking with this current president, all immigrants will be legalized anyway.
No.
Mine got destroyed in a fire. I just sent to the state of my birth and got a replacement birth certificate, and went to the state where I live and got a new driver’s license, etc.etc.
They go through all the hoops I did when my house burned down in 1987. I know from experience that it’s possible to obtain new ID. I lost my driver’s license, birth certificate, SS card, military ID, passport and military orders (I was home on leave between posts). It was a pain in the neck, but I got it all replaced.
If a person’s birth records and all IDs are literally completely destroyed, including every file on the internet, government and state alike, then you are completely undetectable by the government or police. I guess if you committed a crime of some sort they would come up with an ID for you.
Where would they get deported to if they were originally from the country? I don’t see a reason why they would send an American to another country.
If you are asking this because your personal copies were destroyed, you can always contact the state to get new ones.
If it’s because of a documented event (like a fire at the courhouse or hall of records) they will replace the information if you contact them. Listen to me! Can you tell I’m old? lol Probably now all that information is archived off site in back up computers. If this has occured with you, contact the court or records department in your county or municipality. They will have information you can follow.
they have to run into amazon forests and have to live with the monkeys
There are backups.
They don’t go to Arizona.
Its your responsiblilty to have a copy hidden away for such emergencies, which are extremely unlikely.
they get detained by the government in Siberia. haha no there are always your files on record somewhere just go get more
yes, they will be thrown to Mexico no matter where they come from. Cons will support the law until it happens to them.
How would that happen?

Pack em up and ship em out.
Otherwise, they can just go to any corner and buy a fake ID.
