How do I find someone to add them to the ‘Observer’ or ‘Determiner’ fields?
To find an observer or determiner and their details, click on the observer or determiner field boxes depending on which you want to fill in and the ‘Name Lookup Tool’ window will appear. To find the person on the names system, fill in the option boxes and click on the ‘Search’ button. It is sufficient to just fill in the surname option box to carry out a search, however, you can use the other option boxes if you want to refine your search or if you have more details about the individual you are searching for. Names will then be generated and you can select the individual you are searching for. Once you have selected the correct name you can then click on the ‘Insert to Observer’ or the ‘Insert to Determiner’ buttons to add their names to the appropriate field boxes.
