Herod’s Persecution of Christ SacredCows Continues@ Present

BACKROUND INFO: This took place on the evening of 911 (Sept. 11, 2001)at our back gate on High Street (though our Historic District Home is situated on Main Street; we have a long lot that extends from Main to High Streets, nearly 1/8th mile deep, the top portion of which is flat and fenced and had housed our four Religiously-revered cows since July, 2001 (they had first resided for nineteen months across the street at a Village Beef /Dairy goat farm, but had been told to remove them when the community put pressure on them not to cooperate with us any further) Also important to note: this was the first time i had ever met the Mayor of Angelica. And this unexpected meeting took place several hours after a misunderstanding had ensued on High Street. A clash of cultures, of ‘cultural rights’ if you will. Between our family on the one hand, which believed it had the right to engage in an ancient religious practice known as Padayatra, chanting Vedic Hymns while on procession with Sacred Cows. In this case, we were ‘exercising’ our right in the context of that day’s horrific events. And we were simply walking, unthreateningly, down the 400-foot stretch of narrow lane to where on the right it turns 90 degrees down a hill toward Main St.; and to the left, into the 140-acre woods/mountain owned by the Angelica B&B owners, Nick and Cindy Petito, who were leasing us 12 acres for grazing our cow family members.
